Jerzens: at the foot of Hochzeiger ski and hiking resort

Jerzens: sunny plateau between 1.100 and 1.450m above sea level

Jerzens, a village with approx. 1.000 residents and covering 30km², has developed into a modern holiday destination all year around through the consistent but careful growth and expansion of Hochzeiger ski and hiking resort.

Especially during the summer months, it is apparent that the village hasn’t lost its original appeal. It is transformed back from a buzzing winter metropolis to its roots: a charming Tyrolean mountain village. You will find peace and quiet, relaxation and hours of walking possibilities.

Visitors to the village will benefit from varied pistes and lots of sunshine, combined with high probability of snow, the 6km long natural illuminated toboggan run (open on Thursdays for night tobogganing), excellent gastronomy and Après-ski facilities. Especially on snowy days, a walk through the beautiful winter wonderland creates memories full of atmosphere.

Jerzen’s hamlets are Liss (1.450m), Kaitanger (1.450m), Schwaig, Larchwies, Haag, Breitwies, Egg, Falsterwies, Kienberg, Stein, Graslehn, Schönlarch, Schön, Wiesle and Ritzenried.
