RIFFLSEE SKI AREA
THE RIFFLSEE SKI AREA IS CURRENTLY CLOSED.
OPEN EVERY DAY IN THE SEMESTER HOLIDAYS FROM FEBRUARY 6TH TO 14TH
Limited ski operation from 9 am to 3 pm
The following lifts will be in operation:
- Rifflsee gondola
- Muttenkopf chairlift
In addition, the valley run is open and the cross-country ski trail at the Rifflsee is also groomed.
The ticket office is open on Saturday and Sunday from 8.30 am to 3 pm.
Ski pass price Rifflsee:
- 1-day: EUR 25,-
- from 11.30 am.: EUR 20,-
Outside the operating hours the slopes belong to the ski tourers. We appeal to the personal responsibility of each individual and to pay attention to work in the ski area.
PRACTICE LIFT MANDARFEN & BURGERSTADL
Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 3 pm.
Open semester holidays.
MOUTH-NOSE PROTECTION IS COMPULSORY
Mouth-nose protection must be worn without exception in the waiting areas of the cable car facilities and during the entire ride time. Persons older than 14 years must wear an FFP2 mask. Children up to the age of 6 are exempt from the mask requirement. FFP2 masks are available at the cable car ticket office at a price of EUR 3 each.
Due to official regulations, the gastronomy in the skiing area will not be allowed to open.
Take-away service is available at the valley station in the following establishments:
- Burgerstadl (FR, SA & SU from 11 am to 3 pm)
- Pitztaler Alm (from 11 am to 4 pm)
The WC facility at the Rifflseebahn valley station is open.
The reopening of the glacier ski area is dependent on the opening of the hotel industry in the region and the lifting of the travel warning from our target markets.
