Piller landscaped pond – for swimming and relaxation

In the course of land consolidation a wetland was turned into a wonderful recreational space for guests of all ages. Just a few metres from the road to Piller Höhe, Piller landscaped pond is located on ca. 1,370 metres above sea level. It is particularly popular with local kids for splashing around and swimming on hot summer days. The slightly murky water is due to an inflowing river from Piller moor and swimming in it is said to have health benefits. If you prefer swimming in nature to overcrowded outdoor swimming pools, Piller pond will be just right.
