I am a self-employed dreadlock stylist. Airbnb is another leg of my business, alongside my great passion, which I am now restarting after a few years' break. Hosting guests connects my adventurous spirit with my hospitality and my great interest in people from all over the world.

The lovingly furnished garden apartment is located in the basement of a completely renovated house from the 1960s
and offers an open living, cooking, and sleeping area with direct access to its own terrace and the large garden. Dogs are very welcome, and in the summer, a pool is also available. Amenities include a free private parking space, an E-car charging station (11kW, Type 2), as well as Wi-Fi. Additionally, there is a drying room for clothing and equipment.

Important: Since the only washing machine connection and the heating room are located in the lower floor, these areas are occasionally used during the day by my parents. We of course pay attention to a respectful handling of our guests' privacy.

The accommodation is quietly located on the edge of the forest in Arzl in the Pitztal - perfect as a starting point for numerous activities in Tyrol.
You can start hiking directly from the house, and the bus stop is only about 2 minutes on foot.
Shopping facilities are located directly in the village or in the nearby town of "Imst" (7 minutes by car).

Many well-known ski and hiking areas can be reached in a short time: Hochzeiger, Hoch Imst, and Hochötz are about 15 minutes away, the Pitztal Glacier and St. Anton approximately
40 minutes, and Sölden is about 45 minutes away.
Although Arzl is only a few minutes from Imst, we recommend traveling by car. This way, the surrounding mountain regions, lakes, ski areas, and the most beautiful places in Tyrol can be discovered in a much more relaxed and flexible manner.
