Pitztal offers numerous fun rock climbing opportunities for families and newcomers to this sport. You and your children can learn how to climb from scratch or consolidate and deepen your knowledge of what you have learned in an indoor climbing centre, outdoors in powerful and tactile natural surroundings. The climbing areas of “Richis’ Wall” (Stillebach), “Gletscherstube” (Mittelberg) and the climbing park “Kletterpark Hochzeiger” (Jerzens) are particularly suited to families. The boulder climbing park “Mandlers Boden” is also especially suited to climbing novices without the need for ropes or safety equipment.
