Your host: the Auszeithaus-Auders association
Behind the Auszeithaus stands the Auszeithaus-Auders association, whose activities are not profit-oriented. It has acquired the former farmhouse in Auders and has carefully renovated it with a lot of personal effort – as a place for people who want to take a longer break from their professional and everyday lives, and as a vacation home for all who seek peace and mountain scenery. The income from the three vacation apartments goes towards the maintenance and operation of the house.
On site, you will be welcomed by Franz Hälg. Born in 1951 in Sölden and raised in Switzerland, he brings many years of experience from architecture and construction craftsmanship and has long worked as a workshop teacher, construction coordinator, and energy consultant. The Auszeithaus bears his signature – from the clay plaster to the house's own carpentry workshop. Franz knows the Pitztal like the back of his hand and looks forward to guests who want to enjoy a simple, nature-oriented life for a while.
