Alpine cattle drive in Jerzens

In autumn, it is not only the trees that know how to look colourful and magnificent. Festively decked out , the cows make their way down into the valley – as a symbol of and in gratitude for an accident-free summer . The animals are escorted from the Jerzner Hof, past the Lammwirt inn, to the Jerzner Mühle opposite the fire station. There is musical entertainment opposite the Lammwirt, at the car park in front of the church and at the fire station. At the market stalls, products are sold that have been produced in the region.
