Getting to the Pitztal
Your holiday begins the moment you arrive!
Welcome to the Pitztal, your hidden gem in the Alps on the ‘roof of Tyrol’. Our valley stretches as a southern side valley of the Inn Valley for just under 40 kilometres, from Imst in the north to the Pitztal Glacier in the south. To ensure your journey to and from the valley is stress-free, the valley is excellently connected by train and bus. Particularly handy: with the Pitztal Guest Card or the Pitztal Summer Card, you can use the public bus network throughout the Pitztal valley free of charge – even on the day of your arrival and departure.

Discover the benefits of the Pitztal guest cards. The public bus in the Pitztal valley to Imst (stops at the railway station and Postplatz) is included as a basic service with all guest cards. The Pitztal Guest Card is valid all year round and available from all accommodation providers. The Pitztal Summer Card is available when you stay at one of the Summer Card partner establishments and the Pitztal Summer Card can be purchased from the Pitztal mountain railways and information offices.
