Strengthening the regional economy / circular economy
We aim to promote a stable regional economic cycle in the Pitztal by involving local service providers and supporting regional products. By collaborating with ‘Pitztal Regional’ and expanding the circular economy, we are strengthening the valley’s economic resilience and profitability.
Town centre design
We aim to revitalise the town centres in the Pitztal valley, particularly in Mandarfen, in order to create a vibrant centre for staff, visitors and locals. By attracting new service providers, catering establishments and staff accommodation, we aim to promote opportunities for a leisurely stroll whilst also boosting the regional economy.
Coworking / Workation Space
The Pitztal is set to become a pioneer in coworking spaces amidst unspoilt nature. We want to create modern workspaces that inspire innovative minds whilst also strengthening the local economy.
Local infrastructure and increasing the number of new residents
To counteract population out-migration, we want to expand the local infrastructure in the Pitztal valley. New facilities such as childcare centres, schools and leisure facilities are intended to create attractive living environments for locals, workers and newcomers .
Pitztal Primary Care Centre
In order to improve healthcare and safety for the entire region, the vision is to establish a primary care centre in the Innerpitztal valley. This centre is intended to effectively meet healthcare needs.
Local supply in the Innerpitztal valley
We want to expand local amenities in the Innerpitztal valley in order to enhance the quality of life and attractiveness of the region. This project is intended to complement existing services and improve the working and living environment.
