The Pitztal Glacier & Rifflsee ski area offers skiing fun from September to May thanks to the guaranteed snow and the altitude of the glacier. With the adjoining Rifflsee ski area, 68 kilometers of pistes on the best natural snow are available in winter. The runs range from easy to difficult and offer wide glacier pistes, secluded powder snow slopes and grippy firn runs for varied skiing. The Wildspitzbahn cable car takes you up to the Hinterer Brunnenkogel, where you can visit Austria's highest café, the 3440. The Rifflsee ski area impresses with an attractive range of varied pistes - ideal for a skiing vacation for the whole family. The high altitude guarantees snow until spring.
