Maximum number of participants: 300

A person is walking along a snow-covered mountain path in a wintry landscape, surrounded by trees and mountains, in sunny weather.

Pitz Alpine Snow Trail in the Pitztal Valley – the winter trail running event at the Hochzeiger

The PAST GUAT route, at 9 km and 660 metres of elevation gain, is the perfect choice for anyone who wants to experience the real snow-trail feeling or clock up a fast time in the snow.

From the Hochzeiger middle station, the route heads uphill along the ski road to the Sechszeiger – where refreshments are available – and on to the Hochzeiger at just under 2,500 m. This is followed by a technical downhill run through the “Kanonenrohr” and the return route via Zollberg and Zirbenpark to the finish.
