In July and August 2018 our Zeigerrestaurant kitchen team shows an insight behind the swiss stone pine culinary at Hochzeiger and explains in an afternoon workshop how to use the swiss stone pine in the kitchen. They also inform, with which ingredients it harmonises and what should be considered.
Ever tasted a swiss stone pine cappuccino?
Participants of the workshop can look over the shoulders while our kitchen team is preparing home-made swiss stone pine liqueur or try it out for themselves. Have you ever tried a swiss stone pine soup, a swiss stone pine cappuccino, a swiss stone pine mustard or a swiss stone pine marinade for a barbecue? No? Of course there is a tasting possible. We wish a lot of enjoyment.
