From mid-July until mid-August 2021 our Zeigerrestaurant kitchen team shows an insight behind the stone pine culinary at Hochzeiger and explains in a workshop how to use the stone pine in the kitchen. They also inform, with which ingredients it harmonises and what should be considered.
