P-YTR - Young Talents Race
In 2025, the Young Talents Race on the Pitz Alpine Glacier Trail will also provide young trail runners with a distance where they can put their skills to the test. The trail starts with a loop in Mandarfen to the Taschach Alm across the Taschachbach to Mittelberg. From there, the trail follows the Sagensteig to the Gletscherstube. From the Gletscherstube, the trail leads back to Mandarfen. The route is approx. 8 km long with an elevation gain of approx. 640 meters.

- Separate rankings for boys and girls
- The actual kilometers and altitude meters vary between +/- 5% depending on the measuring method.

Compulsory equipment
- Closed Trail Running Shoes
- Drinking container (no cups at aid stations!)
- Capacity for fluids: 0,5 L
- ID / Passport (only for bib distribution)
- Mobile Phone
- Mountain Rescue Insurance
- Rescue Blanket (210 x 160cm)
- Course map on smart phone/watch
The specified mandatory equipment and the specified cut-off times are obligatory for all participants for safety reasons.
Short-term route changes are possible due to weather conditions.
