P90 - The Pitztal Glacier Ultra
As with the P105, the individual sections of the course lead the trail runners back to the start and finish line in Mandarfen.
Spectators and accompanying persons can cheer on and support the runners three times. The highlight of the route is the Mittagskogel-Scharte at 3,070 m, followed by a glacier crossing to the Braunschweigerhütte. In the third section, runners can expect the challenging Cottbuser Höhenweg via the Kaunergrathütte, followed by a challenging descent via the Pitztaler Almenweg to the Neuberg Alm. The finish line in Mandarfen is reached after approx. 87 km and around 5,200 vertical meters. The P90 is aimed at ultra runners, experienced trail runners, ambitious marathon runners, off-road and mountain runners and extreme adventure runners.
