P105 – The Salomon Ultra, the ultimate distance
The individual sections of the route take the trail runners back to Mandarfen time and again, to the start and finish refreshment points. There, they can be cheered on and supported by spectators and support teams up to four times. The highest point is the Mittagskogel saddle at 3,070 m, followed by a spectacular glacier crossing to the Braunschweigerhütte. The third section follows the Cottbuser Höhenweg via the Kaunergrathütte and the Pitztaler Almenweg to the Neuberg Alm. Via the Fuldaer Höhenweg, the runners reach the Taschachhaus and return to Mandarfen. A final ascent to the Rifflsee completes the 103 km route with an elevation gain of approximately 6,000 metres. The P105 is aimed at ultra-runners, experienced trail runners, cross-country and mountain runners, and extreme adventure runners.

- Separate rankings for men and women
- Drop bag: access to your bag is available whilst passing through Mandarfen
- UTMB Index Race, 5 ITRA points/Mountain Level 8
- Participants who have completed at least 90 kilometres but then withdraw are automatically entered into a separate P90 classification
- The actual figures for kilometres and metres of elevation gain vary by between +/- 5 per cent, depending on the measurement method
