This valley hike starts at Stillebach along the River Pitze to Wiese, the actual start of the trail in St Leonhard. It is an easy walk past waterfalls that spring from the Kaunergrat and Geigenkamm ridges. Some waterfalls can also be experienced from viewing platforms, especially the Söllberg waterfall in Wiese offers a highlight at the end of the walk. Return to your starting point by public bus. The sculpture trail starts directly next to the valley station of Rifflseebahn gondola. Wheelchair users can easily access the first section of the trail as the stone sculptures are erected next to the tarmac trail. There is only a minor incline at the start where little help is required. Some of the stone sculptures are right next to the trail, others can be viewed from afar. Overall, this wheelchair-accessible section of the sculpture trail takes approx. half an hour and it returns to the starting point in the village adjacent to the main road.

Swiss Trac Tour:The valley hiking trail from Mandarfen to Wiese (ca. 22 km) can be navigated either by electric handbike or sections of it by Swiss-Trac. If you are using an electric handbike, we would advise to start in Mandarfen and take the route out of the valley. The route is overall challenging as it repeatedly features steep inclines and varied terrain. There are several sections through grazing pastures. We would recommend the following sections for Swiss-Trac users:
- Mandarfen and Neurur (ca. 6 km)
- Stillebach and Eggenstall (ca. 4 km)
- Enger and Wiese (ca. 5 km)

Follow the agricultural road from the starting point towards the catered mountain Riffelseehütte. Return via the same route.

Walk along the main road from the starting point in the direction of Imst to the “Pitztal Grill” diner. At the end of the car park a path leads in the direction of the industrial estate and after crossing the country road continue to the train station. Return to your starting point by bus.

Swiss-Trac Tour: Start: car park near the church. From there, follow the tarmac road for 0.5 km along Lenegasse through the hamlet of Wald. Near Wald Obermauri just in front of the post box turn left into a wide farm track that can be easily managed by using the Swiss-Trac. After approx. 0.5 km you will reach a turn-off. Pass the turn-off and return back to the village centre. It is a steeper incline on the last 20 m back to the tarmac road, from where the car park can be reached within minutes.

Walk from the parking space Steige up to the farm and right head out towards the sawmill/ toboggan run. When you come to the fork follow the trail downhill on the right instead of continuing on to Imsterberg. Walk along the path until you arrive at Hotel Erika, from where you can go right back to the starting point.

Swiss Trac or Speed bike tour: The route starts from the car park at the fire station with a short, steep ca. 100 m climb on a tarmac road. This is easy to manage by Swiss-Trac. The route carries on with continuous up- and downhill sections. After approx. 0.5 km continue on the forest path with a high central grass verge. The circular route returns in the direction of the houses and the car park along the main village road, which has little traffic.

Swiss-Trac Tour:
Start: car park near the church. From there, follow the tarmac road for approx. 0.5 km along Lenegasse through the hamlet of Wald. Then turn off into a farm track on the left. The farm track is wide and can be easily managed using the Swiss-Trac. After ca. 1.5 km you will pass a chapel. The farm track ends again after approx. 1 km in the area of Lenegasse, on which you return to the starting point via the same route.
