Murmeltiersteig: The "Murmeltier"-variant becomes progressively more challenging and rewards you with climbing over granite. Where necessary, footholds are provided. However, you still get a lot of direct contact with the rock. This route is perfectly suitable for children from 10 years (perhaps with additional securing). The local Steinwand via ferrata near Arzl is quick and easy to reach. A main route of difficulty level B/C leads through the shady north face.There are also two other variants. At the exit is the Adlerhorst viewing platform, from where you have a sensational view of the valley. The Adlerhorst viewing platform can be reached by "non-climbers" via two hiking trails.
